Kesha Family Assistant provides informational SMS messaging for a small group of authorised family members who expressly opt in.

Program description

Messages may include family call reminders, home-status updates, safety notifications, and responses to recipient commands. This service does not send advertising or promotional offers.

Consent

Participation is optional. Recipients must enter their own mobile number and actively check the SMS consent checkbox before submitting. Consent is not a condition of using other services.

Frequency and fees

Message frequency varies based on family events, alerts and user requests. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Opt-out requests must be honoured before further non-exempt messages are sent.
