Kesha Family Assistant is a private family home-assistant messaging service, not a marketing program.

Information collected

When someone submits SMS registration, we collect a family member's name, mobile number, explicit SMS consent selection and consent timestamp. SMS interactions may include commands, delivery status, family reminders and home-presence or safety notifications.

How information is used

Information is used to administer authorised family messaging, deliver requested notifications and maintain consent and opt-out records. Only approved family recipients should receive messages.

Mobile information and sharing

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent information are not sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information as necessary to deliver messages and operate the service, subject to applicable safeguards.

SMS choices

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. SMS consent is voluntary.

Security and retention

Consent records are held in access-controlled storage. Records will be retained as needed for consent verification and compliance, and access restricted to the service administrator.
